Internal contractor & timesheet platform

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Vendorloop (the "Service"), an internal web application for contractor management, bookings, timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Internal use

Vendorloop is provided for authorized business use by employees, contractors, customers, and administrators invited by the organization that operates this deployment. Access is not offered as a public consumer product. You may use the Service only for legitimate work related to that organization's operations.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify an administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or revoke access if we believe an account is compromised, inactive, or used in violation of these Terms or company policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access data or features outside your assigned role or permissions
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent timesheets, invoices, or profile information
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe the Service beyond authorized use
  • Share accounts or credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

5. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit (such as timesheet entries and profile data), subject to the organization's ownership of work product and business records. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for your organization.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Vendorloop available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, and the Service may be updated, suspended, or discontinued as the operating organization requires.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for internal business use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Operational decisions (payroll, billing, staffing) remain the responsibility of your organization.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redinc Solutions and operators of this deployment are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal and business data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement to use the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to the operator of your Vendorloop deployment (Redinc Solutions) through the support channel associated with your account.
